Forest Resources Internship

This course will provide students the opportunity to link program skills and content with career-related work experiences. Students will demonstrate knowledge and skills learned in the classroom and apply problem solving skills, communication skills, and disciplinary knowledge in a career field related to their major and professional interests. The specific experiential learning experience is selected by the student and must be approved by designated faculty and staff within the student's academic program and School. Students must follow the guidelines provided in the academic program's internship handbook. An orientation session must be completed prior to the internship. Prerequisite(s): FRSC 2261 or FRSC 3290, with a minimum grade of C, a minimum 2.0 overall grade point average, and a minimum 60 overall earned credit hours toward the BS-NRM degree.
