Minors

Students may earn a minor in the discipline areas show below. Students must complete the required 15 to 18 semester hours of coursework, 9 semester hours of which must be 3000- or 4000-level courses, as detailed at each link below. A minor may be earned simultaneously with or subsequently to earning a bachelor degree. Students are not permitted to earn a minor and a major in the same program of study. Courses taken in Core Curriculum IMPACTS Areas: Institution, Mathematics, Citizenship, Humanities, Writing, STEM, and Social Sciences (Areas A through E) may not be counted as course work in the minor. A minimum grade of C is required in courses utilized in a minor or certificate program.

Twenty-five percent (25%) of the credit hours required for minor and certificate programs must be completed through instruction offered by ABAC.
