Principles of Supervision

This course provides students with instruction in the basic concepts of supervision and human relations: personal prejudices, work place diversity, motivation, interviewing skills, conflict management, and performance evaluation.<br><br>Prerequisite(s): Completion of or exemption from Learning Support requirements in English and Mathematics.
