Description

This course is designed to provide students with best practices in data exploration and visualization. Students will learn how to select, design, and develop different types of visuals to represent data. Students will also apply analytical tools to extract relevant information from various types of datasets. Emphasis will be placed on how to explore data visually, and how to explain analytical findings visually in a compelling and engaging manner.Prerequisite(s): CISM 2100, CISM 2201, or DATA 1501 with a minimum grade of C.
